Alaina isn’t your average Physical Therapist — she’s a mover, a diver, and a coach who knows what it takes to get you back in the game, or back in the ocean. With a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Widener University and years of experience as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, she helps active people bridge the gap between rehab and peak performance.

From NCAA All-American soccer player to dedicated scuba diver, Alaina lives what she teaches: move well, stay strong, and keep exploring. She brings a holistic, evidence-based approach to every session, so you can bounce back stronger — whether you’re chasing waves, goals, or just everyday life without pain.
